I looked at several apartment complexes in the area, many of which I also toured before I choose Waterford. When I arrived at Waterford I was instantly impressed with how lovely the club house was. The apartments are a good value with a modern style, and spacious layouts. A sense of safety and security is also very important to me. So, I like that Waterford has gated access, and the stairways and hallways are very well lit at night. What really sold me on Waterford though was the staff. Awesome community, amenities and staff! I literally can't complain about anything. The pool, gym and all community common areas are always clean and cared for. On top of that they are always looking for ways to make things even better. They just revamped the gym by adding some awesome cross-fit and power lifting equipment and they are already looking at making the "bark parks" bigger and better. Keep it up!
I absolutely love being a resident of Waterford! This is a well kept complex and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The office staff is very friendly and eager to help with anything. I highly recommend this as a place to reside.

Coming from Maryland and being a new military family, Waterford staff made the transition extremely easy. My husband's report date changed and we needed to move in early and Waterford was on top of everything and very helpful. The apartment is really lovely and affordable. The apartments are also very close to Ft Bragg, and Wal-Mart is literally 5 minutes away. My husband and I love the pool and take full advantage of the business and laundry rooms. I would definitely recommend Waterford Apartments!
These apartments are super affordable and come with a sweet internet/cable package included with the rent. I love that the business center, gym, mail, and laundry rooms are all very accessible 24/7, it makes my busy schedule very convenient. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and have been quick to fix the few issues I have had. The apartment itself is very nicely laid out and comfortable. The ladies in the office are all so nice! I enjoy stopping in and chatting with them! They've always been so helpful of any issues we have had! Waterford is definitely an enjoyable place to live and my family feels so comfortable here!!!!
