The only nice things about these apartments are the new carpet and freshly painted walls. Oh, and the dishwasher actually works ' always a plus. Everything else is very worn down/crumbling, etc. The bathrooms are so damp that the smell wont go away -even with gallons of bleach. Cant wait to move!!! The management and maintenance staff really try to be helpful, but are not very successful. The inside of the apartments are very nice. There are no problems with insects or rodents. I like the layout of the apartments as well. However, the noise level is almost unbearable. There are VERY inconsiderate people living here. Some of the residents play music in the wee hours of the night. As I am typing this, a resident is blaring music so loud that my walls are rattling. Lastly, the maintenance of the grounds is very disappointing. You can walk around the complex and see trash everywhere.
