It's The Bridge, now. No customer service, apathetic maintenance/ housekeepers, noisy neighbors (in & out of complex), under a major flight path, high rent, crappy parking rules... the list goes on.

We were lied to about our water bill (was told it wouldnt get any higher than 20 bucks) yet our first charge was 30 bucks and second was 42 bucks.There were only two people living there at the time.Come to find out, they charge you according to how much people live in the apartment rather than what you actually use.They also said that the walls are well insulated and you couldnt hear the neighbors through themWRONG.We heard every scream, cry and thud all four neighbors had to offer.2. If interested in renting these apartments, DONT!!!! If you take your time to look you can find better. The parking is a joke along with the managment here. I got my car towed because someone was parked in my spot. I called maintance since no one is available at night, but no answer. Now I got a new bill and no job to pay the bill thanks to my bar being towed.

not a great place to live if your kids have any respect you do not want them exposed to this environment nor the schools nearby. the security they finally hired are wantabe cops who are in my opionion way to rude to adults around their age and they befriend children talking to them, buying them icecream and tossing a ball..sorry but thats not their job and why be friendly to our children and not us as their parents also having a gun on your hip and being around a child as a security officer is not the safest practice..the ba... read more
My boyfried used to live in these apartments and recently moved out. The apartment itself is basic and well-kept. However, parking was a challenge as well as the noise level at night. Many times he had to ask the neighbor to turn down the music; once at 11 p.m., another at 1 a.m. and again at 3 a.m.!!! There is a lot of trash around due to people with little consideration of the environment. Living there was alright if you love seeing trash all over the complex. There was always trash on my steps that I would have to remove myself. I have recently moved out and received back almost \$0 of the deposit I put in. Come to find out they screwed up on the math and doubled up on some charges...Im glad I called to complain about that. Upon vacating I cleaned my apartment and carpets myself along with my roommate and they still charged us for it since we didnt have it professionally done.
