They put you on a medication and tell you to come back in a month to determine if you can keep taking it. Then when I show up for the appointment, it's canceled, and they called the day before but left no message. So I reschedule for another month out, which is the soonest they can get me in, and show up to find they canceled again, but didn't even call this time. I showed them my call log to prove there was no call, but the manager implied I was lying.
