Nancy is the most rude, unhelpful person and definitely makes me question the ability of this clinic. I would recommend she find another job in which customer service or the need to assess medical risk or the urgency for medical care is not needed.

I have been waiting for refills for over a week. Pharmacy has faxed 5 times for syringes. I am a type 1 diabetic and they will not call the refills in. Plus they lied to me and have been saying they have not received anything from the pharmacy. what am I supposed to do drink my insulin?
they are very kind and helpful and get things done fast.

I want a too give a huge acknowledgement to Bobbi in women's health , she has been so kind to me and she gets things done so quickly and never makes you feel uncomfortable, Denise gonitz has been so great to me , she finds a way to make sure I get great care , I always feel safe and well cared for in her office.
