We've lived here a little more than 2/12 years and love it! Granted, we have a fourth floor apartment with high ceilings overlooking the pool, and everything works. In fact, it's the best ice maker I've ever had (it's the little things, you know). We are in one of only two unique layouts (I suppose if there are two, they can't be unique, but...), a floor plan that we think is terrific. The only noise we hear in our apartment is from the hallway. Otherwise, the place is quiet. Hope to stay here a long time.
Bait and switch. Raised safety issues and lack of services promised with management multiple times and got nothing. They are very happy to explain why it is not their fault. For a "luxury living" apartment with a rent price as steep as this, there is no reason why management should be making excuses for their lack of response and tendency to do nothing. Looks really nice. However the kitchen cabinets fall right off. Expect to hear everything from your neighbors, definitely not sound proof. Nice amenities. Way overpriced for the value.
Nice amenities, nice apartment with beautiful sunset views. BUT the apartments are not well sound proofed at all!! It's very noise here! We can hear almost everything our upstairs neighbor is doing, he has a dog that barks and howls through out the day and it sounds like the dog is in the next room. Though we have complained to management several times over the last month, since he got the dog, the dog continues to bark and howl. For these reasons we will not be renew our lease or would we recommend this place to our friends... read more
