Comfort and Safety place, the best option to live in the area
My husband and I absolutely love living here !!!! We have been here for 2 years and don’t plan on going anywhere for awhile !! We love the office staff to the maintenance, to just the property itself!!! They always are working to make everyone happy and a fun place to live !!! And yes no matter where you live an apartment or a house sometimes things break but block does a great job fixing things pronto!! We love it here it’s like living at a resort !!!! Our saying is ONCE YOU GO BLOCK YOU WONT GO BACK !!!
WaterCrest is a great place to call home. The amenities are virtually unparalleled and the office staff does a great job at making the residents feel like one big family!

Love living here. Amenities are great, especially the pool! Also, the ladies in the office take great care of us. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great place to live. I've been here 3 years, it's the best!!! :)
