I moved to this apartment in 2016. In the beginning, the apartment was clean and everything was working fine. The issues started after 6 months. My stove always has issues and they won't replace it. There is a pest problem as you can see in the pictures. This problem has been ongoing and they keep telling me they will come and spray. They have come about 3 times in the past 3 years, but the problem has not been resolved. I have requested them to come serveral times to spray, and they failed to continue to come.
