I've been here at Watercourse for just over a month and am very happy with my decision! The staff has continued to reach out to me to ensure that all is well with my new rental. I feel welcomed and safe in this gated community!
I love my apartment at Watercourse. It’s spacious, secure, bright, and quiet. It takes me less than 3 mins from my door to the interstate. My neighbors are nice people. I’ve never had an issue finding parking. There are connections for washer/dryer. Also the staff are great. Any issue I’ve had has been resolved within minutes...at most an hour. If you’re looking for somewhere new, I’d highly recommend Watercourse!
Want a place ti live that feels like home this is it. Love, love, love the appartment and the staff at the office. My husband, dog and myself have lived here for 10 months, so l speak from experience, great place.

I really feel at home at Watercourse Apartments. Moving from a large home to an apartment was a challenge for me but the staff made it so easy and they went way out of their way to make sure I felt safe and secure. I love the large open kitchen and the floor plan is one of the best. The staff all have smiles on their faces and everyone is friendly when they see you. I have met some great neighbors while I have been here and I plan to stay here for awhile. Thanks to all that make this a place to call home.
The staff at Watercourse is always so helpful and patient. I have lived here for a year and half and love it. It's a great place to live with very friendly neighbors. My puppy loves the dog park. I highly recommend checking it out.
We have lived at Watercourse Apartments for almost a year. The staff has always been and still is amazing. These luxury apartments cannot be beat by any other apartment homes around. The staff adds the cherry and pushes them over the top.
