Unhappy I stayed at watercourse for 18months. After they switched companies my experience was terrible. We could only have two cars parked in front of the building to accommodate our neighbors but once they switched companies I had to get home early to park or I would have to park three buildings down. People would park cars they didn’t drive or work but the office didn’t do anything about it, just told me I could park in the extra space which was four buildings down. I love the consistent professionalism of the management staff, the maintained environment, and the spacious living place.
I have lived here at Watercourse for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they have many amenities including a pool, dog park, gym, and even a dog washing station!! It’s in a great location and I highly recommend checking it out!
