I have been going to see Cat Hendricks there for almost a year now. She does a fabulous job and the atmosphere their is great.
Walked in to get my eyebrows waxed and walked out with my skin ripped off. I told the girl I had sensitive skin. I knew when she started rubbing the wax into my skin and leaving it to sit that I was doomed. I paid for an injury. I can't speak for the hair services but I do not advise getting waxed.
I always get my haircut here, and I recently got a styling session for my wedding. It was beautiful! They are always really professional and do exactly what I ask!
Todd, Christa and their staff of professionals have had their hands in my hair for years! I couldn't be more pleased. They are marvelous!!!
I made a new friend today at Watercolor! Melissa did a great job with highlights and color and was one of the most personable stylist I have ever met! She listened to everything I requested and quoted it back so I knew she truly understood my request! She was relaxed and yet totally focused! I even got a great neck massage during my shampoo! I love the laid back atmosphere of the Jackson location and it is designed and decorated for comfort and functionality! I WILL be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pamela G
