RecommendedHad the privilege of viewing a furnished example of a unit available at this property last week with Meghan. Spacious kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. We recently added this property to our apartment search. Nice property and amenities. The property manager, Meghan, was professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, the apartment features, and rental process. Overall, one of the more pleasant apartment shopping experiences we've had.
Living here has been so nice and quiet. Meghan is an awesome property manager. Love her personality! She is so helpful and always respectful. She is always on top of things going on here, she is truly an asset here!! Hector is the best maintenance supervisor this property has had. He is so courteous and takes care of maintenance problems quickly!! Thank you!!!!

I am going on year 3 in my beautiful spacious townhome. Megan and Hector are always available to assist in any way possible. Megan lives on the property as well and takes great pride in the upkeep and all things Waterchase. Hector, maintenance, is as courteous as they come. He always greets me with a smile and a hello. He takes care of all issues in a timely manner, which is awesome. Come on and join our gated community, YOU WOULD 😍!
The staff and management have been AMAZING! Meghan helped me from the initial showing until I signed my lease, and she made the process very easy and flexible for me. She’s very professional and courteous, and both managers made me feel very welcomed. The neighborhood itself is very well-kept and the townhome is amazing. I’m in the Waterchase floor plan that is very spacious and the layout is perfect. Lance has helped with maintenance and he has been extremely helpful, keeping our house cool and functional!
