Attentive staff who are eager to please. Beautiful fireplaces along with other impressive update options available. Great upkeep of the property as well as uniqueness to each unit. Megan lives on the property as well and takes great pride in the upkeep and all things Waterchase. Hector, maintenance, is as courteous as they come. He always greets me with a smile and a hello. He takes care of all issues in a timely manner, which is awesome. Come on and join our gated community, YOU WOULD 😍!
RecommendedThe staff and management have been AMAZING! Meghan helped me from the initial showing until I signed my lease, and she made the process very easy and flexible for me. She’s very professional and courteous, and both managers made me feel very welcomed. The neighborhood itself is very well-kept and the townhome is amazing.
