Our experience living here @waterbury is so much better with now that we have a office manager by the name of Rodie! She is such a vibe and always helpful in anything /all things concerning property issues that maybe arise. Work orders are always handle the same day! Waterbury Place is a peaceful-homey place to live without having any crime to be honest! And you will always be greeted with a warm smile and hello by our office manager (Rodie)...
I've been on the property since 2024! Moved into another unit down the street 2025! The property itself is good and makes you feel as if it's your own home! The only issue I am having now is that I'm being targeted with the parking of my vehicles that's on my lease. Sep 3, 2025 I received a letter from Rodi, I can only park 2 vehicles outside in my driveway. Said it was from the Regional manager, Summer Majors. I have more than enough room for 3. Love my community! The property manager Rodie, is professional and very friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and thoroughly by Zeke. They have a sense of pride in how well the neighborhood is maintained and the grounds are beautiful.
Had an issue with my patio. Marcus was here , not only took care of my issue but was so efficient and nice in helping me! Turned an irritating experience into a pleasant solution!
Marcus, the maintenence guy, is the bomb! I submit a ticket and he is there to take care of my problem in less than a day!!!!🤠
