These folks are great!! Highly recommend. We bought a hot tub from them about 1.5 years ago and have had several positive interactions. Was refilling it today and neither of the jets were working (air lock). I called them to ask about it and one of their pool techs called me back in a few hours and walked me through the process to clear the problem. Big thanks to Scott for his help getting us back online.
Waterbee Pools has taken care of my hot tub needs for many years. Service is key after the sales and they never disappoint.
Best experience Ever!! Becky and Scott went above and beyond for us!! This was our first hottub and they were there step by step to educate us. We live in windsor and Scott came to our house 3 times to help us. If your looking for a great and easy experience this is the place to shop!!!
