Sean was so helpful explaining how easy it has become to care for a hot tub ! The frog system is great no guessing on the chlorine, just change the cartridge every 3 or 4 weeks as needed no fuss and no mess with chemicals! This is my second hot tub and it is so easy to maintain! I tell anybody thinking about a hot tub to go to Water works !
I've been to other pool stores & this is the only one that's helped troubleshoot & fix my issues with my pool. They don't try & sell you products you don't need. Not to mention they are all so helpful & nice! Glad I made the switch!
These guys are the Best! They don't try and sell you a wheelbarrow full of products that you don't need and are pleasant and helpful with all your questions. Also, they carry Bioguard which is an awesome line of products.
