I purchased a Pegasus floatie for our pool. Blew it up, got on it and it ripped instantly. I took it back the next day and just asked for another product. I got the same product. Got home blew it up and it didn’t stay blown up. After a few minutes it would start to deflate. I called them, brought the product back and when I arrived they went to get their manager. If you have a pool or hot tub that needs opened, or service call water works. Great knowledgeable people, excellent service, good prices. We are so thankful for their customer service. Great water testing, good stock levels or Biogaurd Chemicals.
