I went today to get a basic car wash and clean - the $25 package. When the car was ‘ready’ I went to get my car and tipped the attendant (who did not even say thank you). I immediately noticed the inside door handle was still visibly very dirty. I asked this attendant to wipe it down and she appeared aggravated; but, did wipe it half-ass. She said “we are only responsible for the console and cup holders”...in other words ‘It’s not my job’. Which is an attitude I really dislike. I am one who tends to be extra meticulous in keeping a clean and well cared for vehicle. I want it to stay looking nice for a long time as it is an investment! I detail my own vehicle at home to keep it looking new. However, I traveled out of state to Colorado Springs and hit so many bugs on the way to my destination it looked like a massacre. Update: I reached out as requested and have not gotten any response or assistance in this matter. This place has the worst customer service ever! Everything is overpriced and they take forever. They scratched up the inside of my car and didn't even clean it well. Go somewhere else!

There’s a guy there that goes by the name CHIKIS who is incredibly rude and no matter how many times I take my Jeep through he’ll always say that my tires are too big even though I’ve been washing my vehicle there for over a year.
