Shut down a warming shelter for the homeless? Disgusting. Not another cent to this heartless business!
This establishment believes the less fortunate among us should freeze to death during the winter. You can thank the owner for threatening to sue the Salvation Army's warming shelter (the only one in the city) and almost getting it closed. Do yourself a favor and sponsor businesses that care about our community here in Colorado Springs.

Service is meh. PLUS the owner is threatening to sue the Salvation Army's warming shelter (the ONLY ONE in the city) unless they shut down because of a broken window that would be covered by his insurance. Get your car washed and detailed elsewhere, as the owner would prefer the less fortunate deserve to freeze to death rather than deal with a small inconvenience.

I was not impressed with this locations work ethic from when I arrived and left. I arrived and was finally greeted and asked what I wanted after a few minutes. They did not direct me where to go for payment. As I came out when they said it was done, nothing was wiped down, no fragrance, and a half ass job on vaccuming. I will stick with seventh wave car wash
Always get a good wash and excellent detail services here. Because they have a "happiness guarantee" if there's something not done exactly to my specifications, management is responsive and makes it right.
