RecommendedAngela, has been our contact since my boyfriend and I started looking for apartments at Regency Plaza. Angela, was kind, professional and extremely personable. There were several times that I had to call or email Angela and she immediately got back to me every time. Angela had made my boyfriend and I's decision to pick Regency Plaza as our future home very easy. If I could give you guys 6 stars I would because of the amazing customer service! I had really good experience during my stay at Water View Village over 2 years. Lee and Leslie are very nice and helpful. The apartment management kept me informed of changes via emails. And the maintenance was also very efficient. Hope everyone would enjoy staying there like me
This place used to be a good place to live however in the last 6 months the construction situation ( updating the apartments which are very old and dated to begin with ) is making it unlivable. The main building only has 2 elevators ( no freight elevator??) and they are constantly occupied with construction workers hauling hazardous materials every single day. After looking at multiple apartment complexes in my search to move to the area near Mansfield, MA, I can’t help but say that Village Green was definitely the winner from the minute I parked my car and headed to the leasing office. This place is amazing! Great clean apartments, amazing amenities, and wonderful staff. My rental and move in experience were nothing but phenomenal!
