Very clean and quiet building, nice neighbors, walking distance to CVS and Stop & Shop.
Staff have been friendly and helpful. Moving in was painless. I had a punch list of thing in new apt and maintenance fixed them right away. They are, like all the staff friendly and quick to help you. I am glad I moved here.
Good management-great location-great maintenance
I had really good experience during my stay at Water View Village over 2 years. Lee and Leslie are very nice and helpful. The apartment management kept me informed of changes via emails. And the maintenance was also very efficient. Hope everyone would enjoy staying there like me

EXCELLENT place to live - Management team is so kind, friendly and efficient. Maintenance works great in and out buildings and units. There is always a fun activity organized to entertain us and kids. I highly recommend anyone to stop by and visit Water View Village Apartments. It was such a great and happy place to live in. If I ever comer back to MA, I will definitely reach out to them first.
I have lived at Water View Village almost a full year and have nothing but positive feedback for the employees here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and Lee in the leasing office is absolutely a pleasure to work with. After living in three other apartment complexes in New England, I can honestly say that Water View Village is the best!
