Horrible in trying to set up initial consult after referral from Doctor. You call and they take info then say oh it is another 2 weeks before we can see you and oh we dont have your paperwork. Never call back. Not sure they are worth it even for the close proximity. Havent even been there yet for service as they dont call you back.
Dr. CJ and Katie have made my PT experience enjoyable and precise to my injuries - excellent. They are both very knowledgeable and truly individualize each patient's program to needs and recovery. Kristine - also knowledgeable - manages the front office with efficiency and care - catering to patient's schedules and always greets with a smile. So glad I choose this PT facility.
