The response time was outstanding. I called at 6 in the evening and left a message. I received a personal call by 7 pm and the crew was there by 7 am the next morning as I was leaving town. Impressive response and quick repair. Cost were higher than expected but I happily paid for piece of mind to know the sprinkler worked when I was gone. Nicely done on exceeding expectations on responsiveness and follow thru

No complaints here, had to get them to come out and look at a backflip preventer valve that was leaking. Due to surgery I had to reschedule several times, but they never complained. When they arrived, he looked it over and checked it out and it ended up not costing that much to fix as we had originally thought. Would definitely call again.

The work was done with minimal digging in the lawn and Doug spent time explaining how to properly maintain the system and set the program for maximum efficiency. It was a pleasure dealing with Doug and his crew.
