Doug responded to my initial call within 20min. I explained the issues with my irrigation system and mentioned that he was very busy but would fit me. It wasn't an emergency so I could wait. When I followed up with Doug he apologize for not getting back to me sooner. He explained his hourly rates and his services which are not cheap but close to what I would have expected for a service repair. We had irrigation and LED path lights installed. Doug is great! He works super closely with you and sees you through every step of the process. He makes himself available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would recommend Water Saver Irrigation to anyone out there looking for work done on their yard.
He knew what he was doing, was very quick and efficient.
Doug and his team did a fantastic job. I quoted the work with two other companies and both were slightly cheaper than Doug. I went with Doug because he took the time to show me the different types of equipment and was flexible in placement of the back flow preventer. Fantastic customer service.

Did major 2 yard job solving complex drainage issue and installed sprinkler, soil, grading, sod, mulch and plantings. Doug totally involved, crew worked nonstop and everyone very accommodating. Doug's positive attitude seen in all employees. Results specular and the experience totally positive. Glad I found this outfit!
Owner, Doug Viele, is working with us on our pond. He provided another service for our community repairing and upgrading the irrigation system on the common area, He is very professional, maintains contact with client, extremely efficient and is reasonably priced, We have contracted him for additional work.
Doug's crew did an excellent job. They found an undetected problem with the system and did a great job repairing it. will continue to use them in the future
