We were referred to this company from a public adjuster who took no best interest in our situation but their own pockets. This water restor charge my insurance close to $8k just to rip apart my kitchen. Leaving no cabinets. The walls were stripped naked with nothing. For what they charge they could’ve had the decency to put back dry walls. Not to mention it took them 6 months to start the project when my insurance wrote them a check from the beginning. Most definitely won’t recommend at all

Unfortunately, our house was flooded from hurricane Milton. Fortunately, our neighbor recommended Water Resto to us. I called and you sent a representative that same day. He looked at our house and said they could start the next day! The next day, we had an army attack our house. It was very interesting to watch your people at work. They are wonderful company. Their team was so wuicl to help us and get to our home to dry out in the middle of a heavy rain storm. They got a tarp on our roof the moment the rain stopped and it was safe for them to install it. Helpful during rhe insurance process as well. Highly recommended.
