Purchased a 5 gallon glass carboy on 6/4 and had it filled with alkaline water. Water tasted off. Dumped the water and the smell of chlorine was offensive. I called and they did offer to refill the jug for free. So A+ on customer service. F- on first impressions. I'll just refill elsewhere.
