I rarely give a five star review, but the experience and the technician deserve it. Carlos was knowledgeable. Explained things, educated me on things when I asked questions, very nice person and obviously knows what he's doing. The price was perfect. I saved quite a bit of money compared to having plumbers do the work. His estimate came in well under the other estimates I received with the exact same amount of work.
Don Schad is a rock solid technician. On time, prompt with his work, and I'm a satisfied customer. Great company all around and wonderful to know these folks have great people taking care of business.
I called and the next day they came out on time and it was Labor Day weekend! I got a quote that was decently priced. Carlos installed it in about 1-2 hours and super friendly. It has a 6 year warranty. I guess it doesn’t get much better.
Don was a pro. He arrived quickly (same day AM), and completed the install within a couple hours. Highly recommend!
