These folks were punctual and professional. The water heater they installed in just a few hours was made in America and since it requires gas, I wanted to be comfortable that the job was top-notch. It was! They took my old water heater away and I was very pleased with everything. I'd highly recommend this company!

Water was coming into our pantry. Water heater was old and needed replacement. Called & they helped to turn heater off and hold us how to drain the heater. They quoted a price & sent out Steve the next day. Steve was amazing. He installed the new unit and explained how the new unit worked. We highly recommend them for all your water heater needs

I called at 1:30pm concerned about a odd noise and leakage from water heater. They sent David who happened to be in the area and by 4:00pm as i write this review David was done. Problem solved. I can’t compare if the price was fair but was reasonable to get the valve replaced after diagnosing the problem. Wish i could do it myself but not interested in troubleshooting a gas furnace

I called Water Heaters Only, Inc. yesterday and they were able to dispatch Steven Lopez to come by to assess my need for a new water heater the next morning. They do not charge for a free estimate unlike a lot of companies. Steven Lopez called to let me know he would arrive within 45 minutes of my earliest scheduled time. He was professional, straight forward, knowledgable and personable. He walked me through the steps that would take place to swap out my old water heater with a new one.
