We had no hot water, so we were very happy when they called within minutes and scheduled an appointment within 2 hours. The service tech Derek showed up right on schedule. We had had another firm out to evaluate and quote us on the same job but Derek was not only accurate in his evaluation but he was ready to go with a replacement water heater in his van.
