The best service, very professional!!
I'm very pleased, the installer Max D. was professional, personable, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure it was a high quality install. My very old water heater stopped working. The supporting components were also falling apart, but Max solved those problems, replaced the unit, and also added more bracing to where the heater stayed solidly in place. It's clear from looking at the finished install that it was done with careful attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to my friends!
Max was amazing today. I called Water Heaters Only at 10:30 this morning and I had a new water heater that day. Mac knew exactly what we needed and what needed a bit of updating since the last water heater we got from this same company over a decade ago. We’ll be back again, for sure, hopefully not until the late 2030s! Thanks for the great work! In case you can’t tell, I highly recommend this company, try to get Max, he’s great!
