When it was time to replace my water heater I contacted a few different places and ended up using Water Heaters Only...and I'm glad I did. Max D. was the technician who did the installation at my house and he was awesome. Not only was he professional and knowledgable, he was also a very nice guy who clearly took great pride in his work. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the company.
I really liked Tony! He was so personable and not trying to sell me. Our water heater was done for. There wasn’t much to discuss because it was obvious it needed to be replaced NOW. I gave four stars instead of five because of the price. It had been almost 9 years since our last WH, and I know that prices have risen rather dramatically on everything. But it was still a surprise to hear the price. Tony gets 5 stars, though.
Very friendly and helpful
Our water heater started making loud noises and then died -- it needed to be replaced. After doing research and reading reviews across multiple sites, I decided to go with Water Heaters Only, and I'm soooo happy I did. Had to replace our old gas water heater and was looking for more efficient options. I was able to get a quick appointment with Max who walked me through options and we ultimately decided on a heat pump water heater. The install was a little tricky due to space limitations, but Max did a fantastic job and our new water heater is working great.
