Solved the problem quickly. Very friendly and did help explaining where to look to see if the Pilot light on Waterheater is lit.
Marcus did a wonderful job installing my water heater in a very complicated location. He was warm and friendly and kept me informed at all times. And he cleaned up the area really well. He went above and beyond
We called him yesterday and they came out and fixed everything today. Super fast and an amazing price. We were quoted almost $4,000 to $5,000 to replace our water heater. They ended up just being slightly over $2,000. Very happy with the work and the communication. Other companies ended up taking so long we didn't use them. We didn't even wait for the quote.
Max was outstanding. He was professional and explained everything to this senior who has no idea how this works. I would work with him again.
