Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and smart were some of the attributes that Max exhibited in the job today. I had a water heater go out in a rental and Max was able to diagnose and replace the 13 year old water heater with a new one in a very tight spot amid difficult outdoor working conditions. I used this company a few years ago to replace the water heater in my house and I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
First off Cyrus is very helpful and I recommend trying this company. Secondly, I didn't utilize their services on actually fixing my heater but mainly due to my heater being old, but Cyrus provided some insight and provided me direction on what to do even though he cannot assist me. He also provided me a cost estimate just in case I still needed his assistance in the near future.
Thank you Max D for the awesome job with my new Tankless water heater install. When Max came out to help with my existing 75 gallon tank which was 25 yrs old, he didn't try to sell me a tankless water heater and he didn't scare me to think that mine was gonna explode any second. He is personable, honest and has the best work ethic. He worked so hard into the evening to get the system working before my holiday quests arrived. I would recommend him to everyone!!!
When our water heater started leaking, we looked at several different companies. We decided to go with Water Heaters Only. We spoke to Cyrus on the phone who was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We spoke to him on Sunday at 1:30pm and were surprised when he said he could have an installer out that evening. I felt bad for him because he was finishing service calls in Woodland Hills (day 1) & Tarzana (day 2), then traveled here to the South Bay area. (Luckily, we were his last customers of the day.)
