He did a very thorough inspection inside and outside of my property and went under the house and did mold testing. He also gave a detailed explanation of how the damage occurred and told me how to clean it up myself to save money. Who does that? His fees are very reasonable. I would give him 10 stars! Thank you Water Damage Miami! You're the best!

We had a water heater leak in the kitchen/dining area which caused damage to the laminate and walls. Water Damage Miami was quick to respond and take care of the damage and were able to clean up things within few days. Very professional and detailed.

This company did a good job with remediation in a crawl space of mine. They have good communication and put in full effort to mitigate all issues, even if it means coming back another trip. They also took the time to explain proposed options to ensure client understanding of trade-offs. I would use them again if I had mold issues again.

Water Damage Miami was very responsive and came the next day to review the potential water damage. He checked the moisture levels and assessed the potential damage. He was very professional and also checked out additional moisture levels in the house from previous leaks to confirm everything was OK. Highly recommended, thank you!!
