Best dentist I have ever been to. I come here and he is always super polite and clearly isnt out to get my money, he honestly wants what is best for your teeth! I switched insurance a year ago and had to stop coming, but now I am back to one they accept!
From a person that works in customer service my mind was blown. At this office they immediately know your name when you walk in. You are greeted by the front staff with big smiles. They build rapport by encouraging small talk. They check in every so often while doing your cleaning to make sure your comfortable. They are also conscience of saving you money. I don't see why I would ever go anywhere else. I really feel comfortable here. They've just earned a lifetime regular.
This place absolutely lives up to the reviews! Went today for my initial visit, and could not be happier! Also helps that they accept my dental plan Super high tech. Every single person I came into contact with at this office was extremely friendly, and professional. From the moment I walked in, everything was explained to me in full detail. The receptionist, had a full breakdown of what my dental benefits were, available for me to review so there was no secret about what may or may not be an out-of-pocket expense.
Pleasant, fast and thorough. Also, they are probably the nicest dental office. I have been to several, but have stayed with Water Brook Dental for over 3 years.
