I’ve been coming here since 6years ago, and I never had a problem, until last june 2025, they charge me for $54 for 5x (5gallon) and 1x (3gallon) ALKALINE WATER instead of $24, since ai trust them I never get a receipt, when my credit card bill came, I saw the $54 charge and I went here 2x already to ask them to check it coz I never bought ANYTHING on this store except for alkaline water, they always tell me to just come back call the owner etc, I tried disputing it, and the bank of course asking for the receipt, I ask this ... read more
This place doesn’t deserve one star. I called them and asked if they had any caps or lids for 5 gallon jugs of water. The lady on the phone kept saying “Que” and asked me to speak Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish. I’m not Hispanic or Latino, I asked if she or anyone speaks English and she firmly responds no and hangs up the phone. If I was in Tijuana, this would make sense, but this is Los Angeles, California. Shameful.
I enjoy coming to this place to fill up my gallons. Even though it can be a challenge to find parking at rush hours. Other than that, clean, environmental eco system. Where my gallons are always getting clean before they fill it up.
What a nasty place, I don’t recommend this place very rude customer service my bottle has something inside and I saw her just filling it up with new water, they never service the filters on the system. they are supposed to clean the bottles before putting the fresh water on it. They should close that Business
