Easy experience, especially for my kids who had never paddled before. The canal is super cute!
This business makes renting kayaks fun and easy. No advanced scheduling or tickets needed- just show up, sign the waiver, pay the $19 per hour, and the friendly personnel will assist with the kayak launch. The tonawanda canal is easy to navigate. I've been a few times and have never had an issue with kayak availability. Would recommend!
I was trained at Open Water Adventures in Charlotte NC 15+ years ago to SCUBA Dive as part of my Senior Project in High School. I had such a great experience with the shop that I went on to do my advanced training and then later become an Instructor for OWA.
