Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Somewhat, but they aren't very respected

Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Would you recommend this dentist to others? No Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
