Watauga Dental in Kingsport Tennessee is the WORST!! . The only reason I gave one star is because I had to in order to post the review. I hope anyone reading these reviews are able to view this because I noticed that several of the negative reviews are blocked out IMAGINE THAT!! However I wont stop until people hear me. Very bad experiences there from both the dentist Dr. Mullins as well as their billing practices. Just had work for two crowns done and my face looks like I was punched with the bruises. There is a definite thumb print visible on my lower jaw. My cheek still hurts horribly even after a week due to the way the anesthetic was injected. The temporary doesn't match up right so my jaws can't close and then he tried to tell me it's the tooth in front causing it. I have pain in the tooth that didn't hurt when it was broken. it seems like there is ALOT of turnover of employees at this office. Have to wonder why. Maybe if they hire a NICE staff I'd stay.

It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office. This office has digital x-rays so they could take and see my x-ray immediately. This Dental Care provider can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they will get me in the same day if I'm having an emergency. They seem to make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to and address every question or concern I may have.
