Every time I call in regards to my business everybody tells me they are going to email me what I am requesting and they never do. I asked for new dumpsters and I never received them. I am very dissatisfied because nothing gets accomplished when I call. Waste management is charging me thousands of dollars in overage charges but I can not rectify the issue because Waste Tech is not helping. They always answer the phone but why answer the phone is you are not working to resolve anything?
Poor customer service and the contracts they broker are TERRIBLE
