Garbage for garbage – My title says it all for Waste Service of Florida. Without any notice they took over rubish removal, or better stated they got the contrat to remove trash when they want. They have missed my pickup (Placed in the Street) many times. Thier drivers seem to love skidding to a stop with the squeel of the brakes. I think they take pleasure on leaving just a little. It is not rocket science. I hope we as payers of the "lack" of service get the opportunity to boot WSI into the dump.
Worse trash removal ever!!!!!! – the absolute worse trash service that I have experienced after living in 8 other cities. Service is extremely poor. They left my trash on my curb for over one week and when I called to get service, then the phone line was busy. How can an AUTOMATED ANSWERING MACHINE be busy. It then directed me to leave a message in which the mailbox was full. I eventually had to remove the trash myself and this was a service that I was paying daily for!!! Waste Service of Florida – They have not picked up my trash for over a week now. They drive down the street picking up whatever house has the easiest, and forgets about the others. The customer service on the phone is horrible. The people are rude and nasty on the phone. What kind of service are we paying for???
Poor Service, No Answer to Phone Calls – Collectors failed to pick up a television I had with my trash. I called to find out their policy and how to schedule a proper pickup, but NEVER got through to a company rep.
Bad Unresponsive service – Since WASTE MANAGEMENT pulled out ,our LAND O LAKES neighborhood ,has been getting spotty at best service. Our trash has not been picked up ,since 15 Feb it is now 27 Feb. The phone is always busy. Eevn called PASCO COUNTY , who oversees the contracts , cannot do much about it. Paying for bad service. Not good at all. Will be taking my own trash to the dump. WASTE SERVICES STINKS.
better than Waste Management any day! – Yes, their number is ALWAYS BUSY !!! Can't get through to these people at all. .... However, they have given me much better service than Waste Management ever did, so for that, I appreciate their service.
useless – I am not the type to complain about things, but in this instance i am a little irratated. I recieved my bill from them about a week ago. It is inncorrect, so i tried to call them at the number that islisted on the bill. Busy!! for the past week i have tried to call them about 100 times to only hear a busy tone. I have also tried to call them on the other numbers listed on this website as well as the other ones in this area, but none the less all the numbers are busy. trash out for weeks at a time – its not often ,in my experiances anyways, that a garbage service leaves trash at the curb for days sometimes weeks at a time. that has been the case with my account with waste services of fl. if you choose them best of luck. even after countless phone calls and a supposed supervisor watch I'm still looking at a curb full of trash that hasnt been picked up for around 10 days now!! this has been the case since i started my account 7 months ago! I'm done!!
