never had worse waste service in my life – I don't think there has been a single week in the one year I lived here when all my trash and recyclables ware picked up. Each time, at least a few pieces of trash were thrown across my driveway and yard, occasionally entire bags of trash were left behind.
Horribe Service, Arrogant Operators – If they forget to pick your trash up, and you call the company. They will tell you that it wasn't close enough to the street. When it was 3 feet from the pavement. In short, if the driver forgets, which is not just every once in awhile, and you complain, they make excuses and you don't get the trash picked up.
Friendly Customer Service And Reliable Guys On The Truck – I called for new service and the office woman was very friendly and helpful in starting up my account. The men on the truck have done a great job so far. Since I just moved into an older house I have had an excess amount of trash. I have tried to portion it out so I don't overload the guys. Just Trash.....people and service – The worst customer services. Very rude! Our services had stopped because we were unpaid. We had a child in the hospital so some bills got overlooked. I sent in payment and called to be informed that they sent 3 notices to us. There were no notices sent and no phone call I have gone through all mail and phone list. The customer service rep wanted to argue with me about it. Just unreal now I know why there are so many bad reviews for them. Hope I can find a new service.
Excellent Service! – Customer for 6 years, switched from waste managament, and get MUCH BETTER SERVICE !!!! They take every thing as lon as its under 48" and can be carried and they never leave a mess ! If you have a mess its probably animals getting into the garbage especially more ten one place !!! always on time and neat!!

Worthless, Un-American, Criminal – Discriminitory and spiteful- un-American service. A worthless bunch of thugs and rogues running a service that is neither helpful or caring enough to be a business. The Pasco County Commisioner should pull their license and the replacement service should be regulated allot better than this one. These are criminals that shouldn't be given the priveledge to operate a business within our community. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Everything was fine until one day they stopped picking up my garbage. I assumed it was a mistake the first day and then the following pickup day they skipped my garbage again. I chased down the truck and asked why - the guy said "You?re not on the list". Come to find out Waste Services screwed up and listed me as unpaid ( I was fully paid). Trash all over my neighborhood – I get service twice a week. But for god sakes dont leave a mess all over my street. I dont want to see my neighbors trash in the morning. The rodents love my neighborhood. You get what you pay for I guess. If gas was not so expensive I would drive to the dump myself.
