I moved into our new home in March 2026. It is currently September 2026 as I write this. They have been 3 to 4 days late about 8/9 times now. I will be dropping their service and switching to a new provider.

I cancelled my service a month ago and can't get anyone to come pick up the bins. I've been told 4 different times they will get picked up and no one shows up. I am beyond frustrated. It is totally ridiculous. I will never do business with waste management again.

Ordered a dumpster and I confirmed with the agent that I could have it for 14 days. I had to pre-pay for the dumpster and one hall away so it was $700. Anyway, after the dumpster left, I got a second bill for about $300. I called and they said that it was for extra days because I could only keep it seven days.
