By far the best waste service in my area. I had a good waste service but after changes I that company it seems like they forgot what mattered. Waste Management has done a great job of creating value in their service!
don't fully empty bins
WM is very unreliable and has been so for a few years. My bins are not picked up on the scheduled day more often than not. I have had times when WM didn’t show up for multiple consecutive days during fair weather seasons.
Horrible customer service--actually non existent
