Ordered a dumpster and I confirmed with the agent that I could have it for 14 days. I had to pre-pay for the dumpster and one hall away so it was $700. Anyway, after the dumpster left, I got a second bill for about $300. I called and they said that it was for extra days because I could only keep it seven days. WM has no customer service: they rely completely on AI for any problem resolution. Service is decent most of the time, but if there are issues, they will not be resolved (unless you just add service dates at extra charge). Use a company that does not rely entirely on AI for customer service if possible.
