The drivers are great - wish there could be a pick up window that we could plan around. Even a 2 hour one would be appreciated.
Driver empty dumpster, the dumpsters fall all over the ground, and as you can see it, the driver never even tried to clean it up and the wind, just blew it all around.

WM is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I own an apartment with only 6 one bedroom units (7 tenants total, mostly senior citizens) yet my bill every month is more than $700 and always increases. I tried to cancel the trash service but WM wouldn’t let me saying it’ll break some contract yet when I ask for the contract, they refuse to send it. I switched to John’s Disposal this February but WM’s trash container hasn’t been moved and they refuse to move it and on top of all this, they keep sending bills to pay for service... read more
