reliable, neat, dependable
This company is a joke. They don't ever pick up on time. When you call it takes 30 minutes to talk to a person, and when you finally get to one they "accidentally" hang up. If I could give them 0 stars I would have.
The service they provide is Not worth $, the area where i live has no option. MLK day is a holiday per there service calendar. They did Not pick up and the next day or next. I called and "there records" show it was picked up on Monday. I explained it was a holiday and my can was at road next morning. We'll no satisfaction as I asked for a credit to my account. Not possible!! Because "there records showed" no failure.... very poor customer service!
