Service is too Expensive
Terrible time speaking with a person EVER and contacting from app sucks. Most missed pickups from any service I have had in the springs.
Non-existent customer service nearly 4 hours on the phone (mostly waiting) to cancel service and pick up their trash cans. Lots of quality trash service providers around. DO NOT waist your time with Waste Manglers.
I contacted WM to set up service, they made me schedule a week out. That’s fine the next week is when my house closed, I was not made aware that then I would have to pay a fee up front and it would take 7 days for my receptacles to be delivered. So here we are almost two weeks out and I still have no trash bins. This would be fine but my experience with customer service was not fine.
