Bad experience. Could not get any assistance from a human. I was finally able to cancel my service but then their trash cans sat on my sidewalk for almost 2 months before they came for them. Other neighbors told me similar bad experiences.

I will say one thing positive, they do have great communication as far as if trash will be picked up later due to a holiday BUT my bill for the past 10 months or so (that's as far as I could see in the billing) they have only gone up every single month. Not one bill is the same and like I said I pay more and more each month. I just don't get that. I think they are very expensive, especially when I don't have a full can and I have the smallest one they provide.

Biggest. Scam. Every. Waste Management is not only extremely over priced, but when its time to cancel your account, they charge $75 JUST TO PICK UP YOUR GARBAGE CAN, and they don't allow you to return the can yourself. It's a forced $75 pick up charge. It gets even worse; to rent a dumpster(of any size) it cost $371. BUT THEN you have to pay delivery charges, which brings the total over $700!! Biggest scam monopoly of a company I've ever had to deal with. STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hope this helps.
