Waste Management has provided excellent service and always picks up trash and recycling on the right days and leaves my bins where I left them. If they cannot pick up due to weather conditions or other problems, they send an email to let me know.
Very consistent pickup. Always let's us know if there is a change in schedule due to holiday.
It took two weeks to receive our containers. It is a national company that struggles to have precise regional/local customer service. Every time we reached out to customer service to try to get our containers, we were told "it's scheduled" and THEY ended the conversation. Then the "Scheduled" day would come and go and no containers
