I finally canceled. I only stayed on because my driver was awesome. Too bad the WM is such a terrible company overall. I called months ago to lower my rate because they kept raising the price. They lowered it to match a local company. At least they said they did. Come my next bill cycle the price was 30 dollars above what they told me it would be. Liars. We switched away from HBS to a different provider before this account became Waste Management's, specifically because we expected a Waste Management takeover to mean worse service. We were right about that, but we assumed leaving would mean the problem was behind us. It wasn't. We canceled HBS service before this account became Waste Management's. Highest level of customer service and respect from drivers and they are always responsible with trash tote and removing any debris around it.
Charging $180 for 1 can for 3months is diabolical! They use to pick up a side bag. Now they only haul what's in the container for $180 for 3months is insane.
Excellent job. Waste Management picked up trash and recycling materials on time. They communicated well and on time.
