They are usually on time. The website is terrible. I have biweekly recycle it should be every week. This is the highest paid garbage service in the Springs. I used them because of brand recognition from IL; when I made a chart of the cost they were the most expensive by far. When I called to cancel they “price matched” which is really shady because now I know I was overcharged by hundreds for 4 years.
Did not pick up my trash...need it picked up...no one answers the phone
Expect your payment to increase every few months with a decreasing quality of service. Every few months there is a new rule that you aren’t told about that requires you to pay more.
I like the new mechanical pick up arms in Co Spgs!
