They marked my trash picked up, but it has not. Sent the missed pickup email and they didn’t come back for 2 days. Not very dependable. Also every month is a different charge.
Great rate and good service for both our personal home and our rental property, however, I did remove one star today because the local office phone number listed on invoices is disconnected.
I seem to receive a request for a review every other week. I don't think this is necessary. This past week, our pickup day came a day later with a notice informing us sometime after 6 pm. It also mentioned the recyclables which isn't scheduled until next week. This happens from time to time. Otherwise no complaints.
