We have been getting degraded service from WM over the years. Trash bins throughout our neighborhood are just left wherever the driver leaves it. They sent notifications that our service was delayed a day but ended up going a full month without serving our neighborhood. We were still, of course, charged that month without resolution (the video they put on the service site claiming they arrived each week was the video from the previous month as timestamped by their own system). WM does such a great job! I really love the crew that works in the Pleasant Valley Community! They care about us and are so courteous and nice. Plus it is really affordable! I highly recommend them and I hope the team that works in my neighborhood sees this and gets a raise or some recognition for how hard they work to take care of us!

Every company should put a phone number for a human connection. I tried for twenty minutes to find one on line and the 800 number told me to log on and hung up on me. Trash has been sitting for two days and after 40 years with this company I would think appreciate better service.
