Be very weary of this company. After being a customer for 15+ years, with continual yearly increases we decided to cancel our service that was over priced (according to other dumpster companies) and they refused to work with us on a contract or lowering the price. Now after they cancelled their services, it took nearly a month for them to remove the dumpster and are trying to charge a p/u fee of over $200 when our original contract had free dumpster delivery. Small businesses should not be bullied by these underhanded tactic... read more

I never leave reviews but this has been a terrible experience. General customer service has been nice but the local Loudon waste office hasn't. I signed up for service and didn't ever receive service or a trashcan. Every time I called they didn't answer and did't call back when I left voicemails. I was able to get to billing and requested to cancel and refund. The refund is estimated to take up to 6 weeks...
