Ive called about 4 times in the past week just trying to get a new track and chain case cover for my hcr and they always say they will call me back and dont. Last time i pay cash for new sled there id probably try eagle river arctic cat they offered warenty work for two friends with the same problem i had on our 14's and i get nothing doesnt make sense.
Everyone there is great, they always have the parts I need. Even for my Polaris! Haha
