So I took my 2014 m8000 snowmachine to them in Sept. Was told had a 1 year free service when purchased and when dropping it off. Told then they were working on atv so and would get to after.no giant rush however after several calls they got it done 2 months latter and said we had to pay. Told them it was said at purchase of new machine and when dropped off. They denied and said we had to pay. Ended up paying. However these people are not to be believed.
