took my truck through, bad wash(truck was still dirty), BROKE a piece of my truck then refused to pay for it saying it was MY fault (I've been through multiple car washes and never had an issue), never got a refund. NEVER go to this place and warn your friends and family. If they do damage to your vehicle they WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGE. Stay away!
First time going and I will DEFINITELY BE going back, clean car and the staff are friendly and come to help you finish drying your car!! Thank you, my car looks fantastic, plus they have microfiber cloths and window cleaner for you to use!!! 5 stars

RecommendedI’m really happy the wash is maintaining a presence over the Nashville area. Mr. Logan is a great store manager. He is genuinely interested in making sure his customers are taken care of and happy with there service. True customer service is hard to come by these days. This is a thriving location with customer care & satisfaction the Nashville area needs. Great environment. Would recommend.
