Great customer service and fast wash! Had a problem with the vacuum and the attendant politely helped! Great experience!

I took my dad’s truck here to wash and clean it as a thank you for letting me borrow it, so after I paid the $7 for the basic wash, I went to pull through and they checked the truck bed. I didn’t even think about that! I was embarrassed that they found quite a bit of gravel! I apologized and felt awful but the guys at Washtopia were amazing! RecommendedExceptional experience. Staff is always available to assist in any way possible. Concept is great. After wash, unlimited vacuum use and free micro fiber towels to use. VIP top package is still less expensive than traditional drive thru wash that never cleans lower panels. The ride thru is like a light show. TY guys. You are great!

Basic wheel cleaning basically doesn't clean the wheels, told the guy working about it, and he said that's what you get. This place is trash, last $15 they'll ever get from me.
