I always fear that I'm paying for the carwash of the person before or after me. I upgraded my carwash to include a hotwax and tire shine. I did not get them. 😔
When they are busy you never get the wash you have on your monthly plan and at times also tire shine does not work
I’ve been busy all week working 12hr shifts, so I just wanted to get the car cleaning done with. Paid $20 for their highest package, no bug prep station so I figured they’d have something for the bugs... anyways, I go through, again, using their most expensive package. My car wasn’t clean, bugs still everywhere, smudges on the paint... $20 wasted. Should have just gotten over my laziness and washed it myself, would have been cleaner and done right. However, I’ll admit, their vacuums are the best in town!

Hi Daphne, I'm sorry you weren't happy with your wash. It sounds like you may have had some seriously caked on bugs! While we always tune things so that we're being a little more aggressive with bugs in the summer months when they're really bad here, those that have set for a little while can be a little tougher. paid for a car wash just for them to turn the vacuums off bc 5-10 minutes was gonna kill them WHEN I PAID to wash my car ? explain to me please how that works ? or ATLEAST told me that when i paid ?

Hi Shelby, we generally try and stay open even past closing if anyone is still vacuuming. I'm sorry we didn't do that this time. Please feel free to come back anytime to vacuum for free (with or without a wash). We'd also love to go ahead and give you a free wash next time you come through for the inconvenience.

I loved this place when I first started going with the exception that the mat cleaner cost extra. I accepted it though because it was a good quality place. However, the last two visits have been pretty disappointing. The wash part is great and they provide towels if you want to towel dry! My issue is the vacuum.
