Front office Linda (filling in for Jan), Jan herself - very helpful and knowledgeable about health and insurance matters and super nice. Having my emergency accomodated and understanding the criticality - was super prof, and kind. Gayla - very good during surgery Dr Paul Ho: exceptional as always, I have ben a patient for 10 years and will continue to. Great asset to Dr. Parmenter's team.
It was as great an experience as you can have at the dentist. friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.
I was having my teeth cleaned when Linda discovered I needed a crown. I hated the thought of getting one but she could get me in that day. It is done and feeling pretty good.
The entire staff there are cheerful and easy to talk to.

altho I had dental cleaning and xrays I DID NOT SEE A DENTIST!! to review my overall dental health. I know my insurance will be charged for a DENTAL exam from my DENTIST but I did not have an EXAM. If my dental health is important to you, then I should be receiving a DENTAL exam from my DENTIST and not just my hygenist!
