Five days after a new system was installed it stopped working. It was Friday night after 5:00 and I called the emergency line, Elijah's voicemail said he would call when he could. I also called Oleg's phone, same thing. It is Saturday 7:20am and I called the office and hear the same thing. It appears that once an install has been done, keeping you in service is not important.
RecommendedThey were able to come on the same day I called, communicated well and fixed our furnace! Thankful to have a warm home again!

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. We called several companies and this team were the only ones who could get there the next day. Not only were they speedy, they (Alex and the office staff) were knowledgeable, communicative, and competent! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I were having problems with our furnace not working properly, so we reached out to Washougal Heating & Cooling. Their tech was nicely dressed, professional, and knew what he was talking about. Got the furnace working and the price was resonable. We will use them again in the future.
