$2 surcharge for SUVs but they don’t clean the inside of back windows or vacuum the back! Also, there was dirt still on the car around the back plate.

The staff did not understand english.So I was overcharged for my car.Wash and no opportunity for reimbursement.Of course, then I go to look for my registration and my insurance card and cannot find it anywhere.In my car after being serviced by them and they just threw up the hands like oh well so what... But I put it away.So somebody who ever's got it.Have to look for it to take it out of my car... Era mi lugar favorito para lavar mi carro pero esta semana fui y me lo dejaron sucio por dentro, pregunté para que me lo limpiaran y la persona llegó, medio limpio y me lo dejó sucio. La aspiradora si pasaron muy bien y la muchacha que limpió los rines pero quien secó y limpió adentro no hizo bien su trabajo. Pague casi $40 más la propina, no vale la pena para que dejen el cargo sucio. Si no hacen el trabajo con amor no deberían de trabajar limpiando carros. Buscaré otras opciones a la próxima que lave mi carro.
